Diversity of LIFE is microbial. This enormous diversity maintains health of the planet, including that of humans. Technological advances in recent years have helped us to gain deeper insight into "who are they, where are they and what are they doing?" This is the theme of the symposium.
- This symposium is aimed mainly at undergraduate and postgraduate students, and research scholars having interest in microbiology.
- Eminent national and international scientists who have made enormous contributions in their respective fields have agreed to speak about their work.
- They will highlight some of the approaches investigators take to study microbial diversity from various ecosystems. Microbial systematic is vital for understanding diversity and ecology.
- Conservation of this diversity is also essential for academic and biotechnological applications. These aspects will also be covered in the symposium.Speakers :
