ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: QUALITY AND SAFETY ASPECTS

The training programme would focus on theory and practical / demonstration
a. Preparation of alcoholic beverages
b. Quality control parameters during preparation (GMP, HACCP)
c. Analysis of quality parameters, detection of adulteration
d. Recent technologies in quality improvement
e. Effluent treatment
f. Herbal wines and genetically modified yeast (GM)
g. Instrumentation in analysis of alcoholic beverages
h. Sensory science, packaging, regulatory aspects, marketing of alcoholic beverages
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA : Knowledge of the subject under focus, preferably a basic degree. The medium of presentation and interaction is in English.
TRAINING CHARGES PER PARTICIPANT :

• TRAINING FEE OF Rs. 12,080/- (INCLUSIVE OF FOOD & ACCOMODATION)

   Training charges may be paid in the form of DD favouring “Director, CFTRI, Mysore”
