Title of the Workshop : National Workshop on Applications of Non-invasive Hormone Monitoring to Wildlife Endocrine Assessment
Workshop Highlights : The workshop will include lectures bynational and international research experts in related fields as well as a practical course imparting hands-on experience in the techniques. The workshop is suitable for scientists, research scholars, and technical persons who would like to familiarize themselves with the technique of non-invasive hormone measurement and its application to wildlife conservation.
Mode of Selection : The course will allow selected participants (10-12) to gain expertise and practical experience in the techniques of sample collection, hormone extraction, performance of enzyme immunoassays, as well as data interpretation.
Registration fee for the workshop is Rs. 5000 (Fee includes local hospitality and lab related logistics during the practicalsessions of the workshop. Travel to and from Hyderabad needs to be borne by the participants. Some support for the travel of participants may become available at a later time.Venue: LaCONES, CCMB , Hyderabad
